About Velorika
Velorika builds practical tools and reference content for remote workers — calculators, buying guides, and structured information designed to help distributed teams and independent workers make better decisions.
The name comes from the Latin volare — to fly freely. We think remote work should feel like that: not constrained by geography, not hampered by bad tools or unclear information.
What we build
Our tools are built to be durable reference instruments — not content that decays in six months. The Timezone Overlap Calculator, the Remote Salary Calculator, the Home Office Cost Calculator. These exist because looking up this information is surprisingly tedious, and we wanted to make it fast.
Our reviews focus on products that remote workers actually use for work — not consumer electronics roundups repurposed with a "work from home" keyword. We test for call quality, ergonomics, durability, and value over time.
Editorial principles
